How to Lodge a Complaint
- Step 1: Contact our support team via email at complaints@fourwheeldeals.co.za with "Complaint" in the subject line.
- Step 2: Include all relevant details: transaction reference, photos, and description of the issue.
- Step 3: You'll receive an acknowledgement within 24 business hours.
- Step 4: We aim to resolve complaints within 5-7 business days.
Our Resolution Process
We follow the Consumer Protection Act guidelines for complaint resolution:
- Fair assessment by our complaints committee
- Mediation between parties where applicable
- Written resolution proposal
- Escalation to MIOSA (Motor Industry Ombudsman of SA) if unresolved
